How can I track my order?
All orders are shipped via Canada Post and we supply a tracking number via email. The email address you provide is the one we use for any order updates. To ensure Physio-dermaStore.com emails are not blocked by your provider’s filter, you may also want to add Info@Physio-dermaStore.com to your email address book.

What are your shipping costs and delivery dates?

How do I know if my order shipped?
As soon as your order is on its way, we’ll email a shipping confirmation. Your order status can also be verified here.

I forgot my username and password, what should I do?
Go to the login screen, simply enter your email address and select the button underneath "Send me my password" -- you should receive an email shortly after. If you've forgotten both your password and email address, you can open a new account. We recommend that you keep your login details somewhere safe for your future login.

Do you accept email or chat orders?
We do accept orders made by chatting or emailing us. The same shipping charges and expected arrival dates apply to telephone orders as well as online orders. Read more on our Chat / Email Orders

What happens if an item is out of stock?
We do our best to keep items in stock, but cannot always predict when an item will become highly sought after or when a shipment to our warehouse will be delayed. If an item is out-of-stock, backordered or discontinued a Customer Service representative will be in contact with you via email to let you know the approximate wait time for your item.

What happens if I provide an incorrect address during the checkout process?
If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address for your order, please contact us within 2 hours after placing the order to provide the correct address. 

Please note that we cannot be held accountable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer's duty to ensure accurate shipping information. After an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes, including shipping details. If the item(s) are returned to our store through the complete return process, a refund will be issued minus the shipping charge.
