Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges of products that have been unsealed, opened and/or used. For hygienic reasons we do not accept returns on nail polish, makeup and hair products. Returns are accepted on unopened, unused merchandise in the original condition and packaging within 30 days of purchase. *With the exception of nail polish, makeup, and hair products. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order totaled more than $60.00CAD and we payed the shipping charge, that shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount if the adjusted total of your order amounts to less than $60.00CAD. Customers pay for return shipment charges.

Cancelling a transaction
You can request to cancel your order through the Contact Us page within 24 hours of the order being placed. A cancellation fee may occur for refund through Paypal.

If you prefer to receive a credit for your next purchase, a code will be sent into your email. There is no fee and no expiry date on credit.

Return Instructions – 4 Easy Steps to No Hassle Returns

Before shipping your return we recommend that you review our entire return policy below.

1 - E-mail us at info@Physio-dermaStore.com to obtain your Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#).
2 - Include all gifts, parts, pieces, printed materials, and accessories, along with the product's original packaging.
3 - Include a copy of your packing slip and RMA# with your return shipment.
4 - The address for returning your merchandise will be provide with the RMA#

Return shipments received without an RMA will not qualify for a credit.

Returned products are subject to inspection by Physio-derma Store staff. All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, e.g. gift with purchase and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered. We reserve the right to deny multiple refunds on products purchased and returned more than once.
 
We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

Please make sure that you qualify before returning your items.

Customers pay for return shipment charges.

Returns will be processed and approved credits issued within five business days of receipt.

Physio-derma Store is an online retailer. Please note that we are not able to process walk-in returns or exchanges.
