All Canadian orders over $60 (after any discounts have been applied) ship FREE. Any Canadian order of $60 or less (excluding taxes) will incur a standard shipping charge of $12.00 (QC) or $15.75 (Canada)

Shipping to USA

U.S. Orders Temporarily Suspended. Due to recent changes in U.S. customs regulations, we are temporarily unable to accept orders shipped to the United States. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Physio-derma Store is not responsible for delayed shipments with the carrier during the busy holiday season.

Out of Stock Items  

We'll notify you via email if an item from your order is out-of-stock. Any out-of-stock items will ship separately once they become available, typically within 10 business days. There are no additional shipping charges.

All shown prices are in Canadian. However, regardless of your location and currency that you are shopping in, your VISA/MC account will be charged in your currency converted into Canadian Dollars.

Taxes on Products

No tax applies to purchases made on our website.

Incorrect Address

If you realize that you have provided an incorrect address for your order, please contact us within 2 hours after placing the order to provide the correct address. 

Please note that we cannot be held accountable for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer during the checkout process. It is the customer's duty to ensure accurate shipping information. After an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes, including shipping details. If the item(s) are returned to our store through the complete return process, a refund will be issued minus the shipping charge.
